I’m Daniel.  I live near Atlanta, Georgia.    This state is one of the most obese around.    I’m tired of the stereotypes.   So I’m going to prove a couple of points.   First,  fast food doesn’t make you fat.  Being lazy makes you fat.   And secondly, Taco Bell is waaaaaay healthier than McDonalds.  

I’m looking to get as many people as possible to follow my blog,  help me spread the word around.    First I’m going to tackle the fast food myth, that it’s going to make you fat, and it’s not good for you.   Given, it’s not all good for you, but it’s not all bad for you either.   Eating the right amount of each menu item offered at Taco Bell will actually help with muscle growth, retention, and overall fitness.   30 days.  Every Meal.   My goal is to get as much attention from this as possible, and when the 30 days are over I have a new goal.   It’s even crazier.   It has everything to do with being healthy, and nothing to do with tacos.   But it does concern you.    So how can you help?    You can share this blog with your friends, and see how many followers I get.    With every bit of help I get, I’m more likely to complete this crazy eating experiment.
